Yes it is adjustable, the dimension of the double groove is 83cmx26cmx89cm, sorry that I do not know if it fits with your cause I do not know your units.

NO, not in the way that I think you mean in asking the question. The adjustable feet are meant for leveling only. There is no method to make any real adjustment to the overall height.
