Question: Used it 2 times i cant get cap off after second use. Is there a trick im forgetting?
Answer: I have found that it won't allow you to take the cap off until it cools. I think it's a safety measure. Also be certain you have used up any remaining water in it so it will release pressure on the cap.

I did the same thing ( could not get cap off) and what I learn is... the steamer has to cool down for the 10 minutes. Then is so the pressure can be release properly. This is some sort of a safety mechanism, so one does not get burned.

Yes,High temperature, the pressure is big. Only after the water cooling, the pressure will drop, can open the safety cap.This is a security step, please don't worry.
